This Privacy Policy explains how DKNECT ("we", "our", or "us") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our mobile application.
We collect information you provide, including: Name, Email, User ID, Profile photo, Content you upload (e.g., photos, comments). We also collect device data, Firebase Authentication tokens, and Firebase Cloud Messaging tokens for account security and push notifications.
We use your data to create and manage your account, deliver notifications and messages, improve user experience, and provide customer support. We do not sell your data.
We do not share your personal information with third parties, except with your consent, to comply with legal obligations, or with trusted services (e.g., Firebase) to provide our platform functionality.
Your data is securely stored using Firebase services. We implement industry-standard security to protect your information but cannot guarantee absolute security.
